Rasim Soylu (july 01, 1969 Adapazarı, Turkey) is a Turkish painter and art teacher. He attended the faculty of fine art at Gazi University in Ankara, and reached the degree of Master of Arts at Sakarya University. Between 1999 and 2007 he was employed by Sakarya Ali Dilmen Lisesi. Currently, he is employed with the Sakarya BİLSEM Sakarya science and art center.
