Rashid Rana (born 1968) is an artist based in Lahore and Toronto.
Rana was born in Pakistan. He art encompasses a wide variety of media and scales.[1] He uses well-known images from popular culture, media, art history and Muslim life to create satirical and political work.[2]
He received his MFA from Massachusetts College of Art, Boston.
