Rassilon, the single greatest figure in Time Lord history, from the television series Doctor Who (The Five Doctors), as portrayed by Richard Mathews.

The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Rassilon mentioned several time in the series but only shown in this one scene;
No more free alternative exists or can exist;
The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
