I have examined the article at Russian American Professional Association with its (hangon) tag and the associated talk page. You've certainly demonstrated research into Wikipedia's mission, but you have neglected to read about Wikipedia's policies and thus have not asserted a valid reason to keep the page. Truth is not a sufficient reason to keep articles; articles are kept because they are about notable subjects. Essentially, what would be required is independent arm's-length third-party sources that indicate that the organization is notable according to Wikipedia's definition of that term. That would be, for instance, articles about the group in newspapers and/or magazines, etc. As well, the sources demonstrating notability must be verifiable, meaning that other Wikipedia editors must be able to look them up and confirm them. I will recommend that, if you want to recreate the page, you read Wikipedia's relevant policies and assemble the material necessary to meet them before proceeding; articles without notability get deleted rapidly, and multiple deletions of the same article are usually treated as vandalism. I have left you a message of welcome above that contains ways to access the relevant policies. If I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to leave a message on my talk page.
