Raozan (Bengali: রাউজান) is an Upazila of Chittagong District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Raozan is located at 22.5333° N 91.9333° E . It has 45775 units of house hold and total area 246.58 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^[1], Raozan has a population of 274344. Males constitute are 50.58% of the population, and females 49.42%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 134927. Raozan has an average literacy rate of 52.5% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. ^[2]
