Range of Motion is an exercise machine that won the 1991 Popular Science award for "Best of what's new" in leisure products. It claims to give a full workout (equivalent to 15 minutes of stretching, 25 minute muscular endurance training and 40 a minute of cardiovascular workout) in 4 minutes and costs $14,000 (USD).
