Randy Starks (born December 14, 1983 in Petersburg, Virginia) is an American football defensive end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Maryland.

He was drafted in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Titans. He recorded 4.5 sacks in his rookie season followed by 3 quarterback sacks per season for the next two season. However in the 2007-2008 season he recorded only 16 tackles and no sacks. On February 29, 2008 he signed with the Miami Dolphins.
