Randy Hand (born January 10, 1984 in Fort Myers, Florida) is an American football offensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was originally signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2006 and most recently played for the Buffalo Bills. He played college football at the University of Florida.
