Randy Glass is a con man who later became a trusted U.S. undercover operative. He was part of Operation Diamondback, a mission to snare terrorist arms buyers.

He wore a wire to meeting on July 22, 1999 at the Tribeca Grill with an arms buyer, Rajaa Gulum Abbas, a Pakistani ISI agent linked to terrorists.
Abbas said the terrorists were funded by Osama bin Laden.
Abbas wanted a large amount of advanced weapons.
After dinner Abbas identified the twin towers of the World Trade Center and said "those towers are coming down".
FBI agent Steve Bernowski threatened Glass with obstruction of justice if he revealed anything.
