Ranch to Market Road 2243, or RM 2243, is a highway in Texas. It runs about 11.29 miles (18.17 km) from Interstate 35 in Georgetown to US 183 in Leander. As of 2003, the highway continues under Leander's jurisdiction for about 4.4 miles (7.1km) before terminating at RM 1431 near Jonestown.
