Rana zhenhaiensis is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in China, possibly Hong Kong, and possibly Macau. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, ponds, and irrigated land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
