Rana moellendorffi is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
