The Rana Tepuyana De Labios Amarillos (Tepuihyla luteolabris) is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, rivers, swamps, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
