The Rana Lemur De Henri Pittier (Hylomantis medinai) is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
