The image is a low-resolution screen shot from a 45 minuet television episode;
The image is being used for informational purposes about the character The Rani’s played by Kate O'Mara;
No more free alternative exists;
The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.

The Wikimedia Commons has another file with the same name as this file. To include the Commons media file in Wikipedia, this locally stored file needs to be renamed.
