{{helpme}} Hi - I need basic help I am not getting from the written instructions -- sorry - this is new. 1) How is it that anyone can change my usertalk page or delete it?? 2) I tried to fix basic info about an organization I support and have thoroughly investigated through my business to be sure where my money is going. I tried to change things like that it another country. The information was not posted by the organization but by these editors who brag about having thousands ofedits )?why is that a good thing?) 3)When you correct teh info they change it back. They also have what seem to me to be some racist and inappropriate remarks on there that, again , these users, not the organization put on. How can that be addressed? When I change it they send "vandlism " warning - and it isn't even their site!
I don't want to read all the rules and spend time in an editing wars. How can these things be addressed. How are they able to threaten to block me from changing a page if that is what wikipedia is all about? Can you give me a basic overview of these issue? PS what or who is sockpuppet and hcclinton???? [edit] Do not remove sock notices
- Do not remove suspected sock notices from your page for ten days. If you are exonerated before then then you may remove. Until sysops exonerate you you cennot remove the tag. See the wikipedia rules in Wikipedia:Sock_puppetry/Notes_for_the_suspect. I have created an evidence page (clivk on the link in the tag).
