Ramonda pyrenaica (syn. Ramondia pyrenaica Rich., Ramonda myconi Pau, Ramondia mycoi Pau, Ramondia myconoi, Verbascum myconoi L., Ramonda myconi (L.) Rchb.) is relictual endemit (paleoendemit) of the Gesneriaceaefamily (Genus Ramonda) growing in the Pyrenées.
The plant name has been dedicated to Louis Ramond de Carbonnières by the botaniste Jean Michel Claude Richard.
Its also used as ornamental plant.
