I thought I'd boldly remove the stub tag: I don't believe this article could be developed much further at the present time, simply because there isn't a lot of published material about Ralph Tester. A "stub" tag doesn't really buy you much in the case where an article can't really be grown much more. — Matt Crypto 17:27, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
