Image is used solely for the identification of the subject.
The image is readily partly available other websites, see [1] Further use of this image on Wikipedia is not believed to disadvantage to the copyright holder.
The subject of the photograph was already deceased from the original picture, and from that picture a part is taken. Therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person. A free image may not exist, but in the event of a free image being located for this person in the future, this image should be deleted as soon as possible. - Mdd 21:01, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
