Rajarhat (Bengali: রাজারহাট) is an Upazila of Kurigram District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Rajarhat is located at . It has 27357 units of house hold and total area 166.23 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Rajarhat has a population of 158648. Males constitute are 50.52% of the population, and females 49.48%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 72315. Rajarhat has an average literacy rate of 27.1% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
