The Raja College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) is a college in the city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu. It is situated about seven kilometres from the city centre. It was founded in 1995 by Arun Ram Kumar Educational Trust, chaired by Lion G. Nagaraj. It is affiliated to Anna University. The college provides various courses at undergraduate level (Bachelor of engineering programme) and three postgraduate programmes, (MCA, MBA and ME).

Student counseling service. A staff counselor counsels each student once a fortnight. Performance at cycle tests and model exams are recorded. Parents are also invited to be involved in the process if required. Students are also counseled for personal problems, group behavior, etc.

A free health care service is given to all students and staff.

A mineral water plant provides clean drinking water to staff and students in the classrooms, laboratory, hostel and mess.

Transport. College buses and vans are provided for the staff and students from all parts of the city. The college provides a free transport facility for the teaching staff. Special buses are available after college hours for the convenience of the staff and students involved in sports and other activities.

Hostels are separate for male and female students. Two students stay in each room. Single room accommodation is given to final-year and postgraduate students. They are also permitted to use their own computers in their rooms.

The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen. Separate seating arrangements are made for male and female students, as well as for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The canteen functions mostly for the day scholars, providing meals at a subsidised rate as well as snacks. A shop in the canteen caters for the needs of students accommodated in the hostel.
