Rai University is a private multi-campus university in India, offering over 300 courses on 25 campuses in India and overseas. Programs are accredited by International Accreditation Agency, Finland. It also has campuses in USA, UK, Dubai. It has campuses in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kosi, Lucknow, Behror, Hyderabad, Pune, Bhopal, Pathankot and Dehradun.

Rai Foundation Colleges provides tuition support to the students registered with University of London External Program for various courses where the lead colleges are London School of Economics, Goldsmiths, King's and Birkbeck. Rai Foundation Colleges offers Edexcel awarded Higher National Diplomas (HND) and Higher National Certificates (HNC) in various subject areas as part of its Graduate Professional Diploma Honors and Graduate Professional Diploma, respectively. All the colleges under Rai Foundation are recognised by different universities in India
