The Rahovecian language (Rahovecian: rahovechki, Albanian: rahovecianshe) is a South Slavic language spoken in the city of Orahovac/Rahovec, Kosovo. It is presumably a Bulgarian dialect or even a creole, heavily influenced by Albanian, Serbian and Turkish. The exact number of speakers is indeterminate as Rahovec residents deliberately switch to Albanian to reflect their national identity.
