Rahmatullah Rahmat

Rahmatullah Rahmat was appointed Governor of Paktia province, Afghanistan after the assassination of Hakim Taniwal. Rahmat was previously an official of the UNAMA mission in the east of the country.

Governor Rahmat addresses a tribal shura in the Zormat district of Paktia.
