This image, Rah_manga_panties.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (GunnarRene) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. it is a low resolution crop of three panels of a comic book;
  2. the screenshot is uploaded in lower resolution and a very small proportion of the work is reproduced — thus copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the book ;
  3. it is significant to the article because the article discusses both difference in character design and characterization (an important aspect of the copyrighted character(s) or group(s)) between this manga and its associated anime
  4. the panels are from the first chapter of the series. The publisher, VIZ Media, provides this chapter freely viewable on their website
  5. it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
