This is a good start, obviously derived from anger management counseling. It does need better sourcing, preferably from established psychology materials. The section called "rageaholics can be dangerous" needs to be rephrased as, "According to The Anger Management Center" or "According to a study by Dr. Smith of NIMH," with the rest in quotes. 3Tigers (talk) 18:55, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
