My name is Rafael and I am a Doctoral student in Political Science. I am a credentialed History, Government and Economics teacher in California, and I taught High School in the Los Angeles Unified School District for 5 years (1999-2004).
I was born in Peru, and was raised in the Jesús María District of Lima until age 10. Since then I have lived in Downey, California, Pullman, Washington and Tempe, Arizona.
