[edit] RAF Upper Heyford and James Bond

The James Bond movie Octopussy was filmed at RAF Upper Heyford. Photo evidence exists of both the filming and of Roger Moore while at the base.

Upper Heyford was one of many locations used for the film IMDB reference. --Cheesy Mike 07:35, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] What car manufacturer is it now a parking lot for ?

My guess is the BMW group due to its proximity to the Cowley factory in Oxford.172.212.38.189 21:03, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Peace camp

Any more information here? I remember visiting the peace camp with my mother, when there was some kind of a demonstration. I was very young, but I was born in 1982 -- I would have thought I must have been 3 at least to remember something like that, perhaps older. I remember the peace symbol, and my mother trying to explain what was going on. 201.230.43.234 (talk) 06:35, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
