Rafael Pompeo Rodrigues Ledesma (born December 31, 1982 in Porto Alegre, Brazil), more commonly known as Gaúcho or Rafael Gaúcho, is a Brazilian footballer/ he plays for FBK Kaunas.
He was signed from Atlético Mineiro in summer 2006.[1]
