Rafał Grzyb (born on January 16, 1983) is a Polish footballer (midfielder) playing currently for Polonia Bytom. He joined that club from Górnik Łęczna in 2006/2007 season. He is a trainee of Wierna Małogoszcz. Rafał Grzyb is on the reserve list of Polish squad on the game versus Bosnia & Herzegovina on December 15, 2007.
