I'm not 100% sure about this rename. He obviously chose to use the "Radek" form of the name. --Lysy^talk 05:38, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

I wonder if the attention given to the "passport trap" is disproportionately long, and perhaps even one-sided. There should be some more mention of his more recent time in office, and perhaps the stuff he did at AEI. I won't add it myself because I am friend of his and it might be biassed, but perhaps someone more neutral could do it Edwardlucas 15:08, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] wrong sourcing -- leaving with non-Polish passport for dual-citizenship travellers

The 4th reference "Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada: Travel Report", Poland, accessed on Feb. 5, 2007), ostensibly info for Canadians travelling to Poland, is used to source the statement about trouble leaving Poland on a non-Polish passport for dual-citizenship (Polish and another) travellers: This policy became known as the "passport trap" because it was mainly implemented as harassment of departing travellers (primarily citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia) who were prevented from leaving Poland until they obtain a Polish passport.[4]. Yet, the only passage in the references implies this is no longer the case: "Dual nationality is not officially recognized, which may limit the ability of Canadian officials to provide consular services. Dual citizens can choose to enter Poland with a Polish or a Canadian passport. Entering on a Polish passport gives all the prerogatives of Polish citizenship. However, proof of Canadian citizenship should be carried in the form of a valid Canadian passport, demonstrating the right to re-enter Canada. If dual citizens choose to enter Poland with a Canadian passport, they will have to comply with regulations applied to foreigners". What's the current situation?
