Radware was co-founded by Yehuda Zisapel and Zohar Zisapel in 1996. In 1999 the company went public and was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

In 2005, Radware's sales reached $77.6M.
In 2008, Radware had company's 10 years anniversary event at Tel Aviv.
Roy Zisapel is the current President, CEO and Director.
