Radio West Middlesex

Radio West Middlesex is the volunteer-run hospital radio station of the West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth, Middlesex. It broadcasts to the patients of the hospital via the bedside entertainment system.
Broadcasting 24 hours a day, Radio West Middlesex has been serving the West Middlesex University Hospital since 1967. It began broadcasting 24 hours a day in 2003. In May 2007, the station began celebrating its 40th Anniversary and between November 22nd and 26th it broadcast to the local area on 87.7FM.
The station was the winner of the Station of the Year Bronze award at the Hospital Broadcasting Awards in 2007.
