Rachman Halim

Rachman Halim (born Tjoa To Hing in 1953) is a Chinese-born Indonesian businessman. He is the CEO of Gudang Garam, clove cigarettes manufacturer in Indonesia. Forbes listed him in 2006 as having a net worth of US$1.7 billion

Halim is a Chinese Indonesian and lives in East Java.
