Rachael S. Bell is an American criminologist, author and forensic therapist who has researched and written more than seventy comprehensive articles on well-known criminal cases for truTV (formerly Court TV). She is also a college instructor, as well as a forensic therapist and has worked in both the Netherlands and United States at prisons, forensic institutes, psychiatric hospitals and American and Dutch universities (Leiden University and Webster University).
