I would like to see references to the "Plan Primavera" (Spring Plan) and the lukewarm efforts at privatization of state-owned companies. Regarding the latter, one could probably mention Rodolfo Terragno and the possibility of the Scandinavian airline SAS buying Aerolíneas Argentinas. In the end, very few privatizations happened during his government. Once it was announced that the company "Opalinas Hurlingham" had been privatized, which sounded like a joke. A reference to Opalinas Hurlingham ended up in a song by the rock band Divididos.
