[edit] Welcome!

Hello, R. New, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay.
Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!
If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up very shortly to answer your questions. Don't be afraid to ask!
If you would like to experiment with Wikipedia, I invite you to do so in my own personal sandbox (just follow the simple rules!) or in the Wikipedia sandbox.
When you contribute on talk pages or in other areas, it is important to sign your posts by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date.

Again, welcome! — ßottesiηi Tell me what's up 20:35, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hoix

Please don't insert this again. It appeared for a grand total of a few minutes and all that is known about it is already in the Love & Monsters article. If you think it's notable, please provide a reason for its inclusion in Talk:List of Doctor Who monsters and aliens rather than simply reinserting it over and over again without explanation. --16:37, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Misteresig.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Misteresig.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:
