I'm working on this article. I find that writing and dealing with the reference formats etc at the same time is a bit too complex. But I will slowly clean things up to conform with Wikipedia standards. Feel free to do some clean-up of your own if you wish. My interest is in content, although I know it's important to use standard formats and approaches. I have to sort out the links for a list, such as the early practitioners. Most have web pages, external to Wikipedia. I don't know whether to include the pages or not. I'll keep looking for examples. Threadbear 04:02, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
