Please note: the correct cite for Vt. Agency of Natural Res. v. United States ex rel. Stevens, is 529 U.S. 765 NOT 529 U.S. 756 (minor transposition of the page cite).

This law seems not to exist anywhere outside of the United States, yet corruption exists everywhere else if not more so. I find this hard to accept since laws -- particularly successful ones -- are often copied into other countries. Can anyone find an explanation? Goatchurch 16:36, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
