Queens Park is a suburb of Chester. It is in the south of the city, just east of Handbridge. It includes a secondary school, Queens Park High School and also has a pedestrian suspension bridge link with the main city.

The next elections for Queens Park will be in 2008, for the City Council, when popular local councillor Stephen Mosley will be up for re-election. In 2004 he secured the highest number of votes ever achieved in the ward (beating his 2000 record).

Razia Daniels was elected onto Chester City Council with 57.4% of the vote, gaining the seat from Labour.
