Queen City Development Bank, also known as QCDB and Queenbank for short, is a private development bank based in Iloilo City in the Philippines. Founded in 1981 as a small bank with only a handful of employees and four million pesos in capital, Queenbank has grown into a medium-sized bank with a presence in major cities in the Philippines and with the distinction of being the largest bank in the province of Iloilo.
The bank caters to Iloilo's home-grown businesses, which form a significant portion of its clientele, but also to individual investors and families.
It is one of the few banks not based in Metro Manila that is a member of an interbank network, in this case, MegaLink. It likewise offers credit card services in partnership with Equitable CardNetwork, a subsidiary of the present-day Banco de Oro.
