Route 212 is a two-lane east/west 64 kilometer-highway in the Estrie region in the province of Quebec, Canada. Its western terminus is in Cookshire-Eaton at the junction of Route 108 and its eastern terminus is in Saint-Augustin-de-Woburn at the junction of Route 161.
