I am doing a experiment in Bloging names and ideas. Here is mine I call it Oceanic Food and Fuel or O.F.F. put a Fab Lab on a Thermal Conversion Unit and make and reproduce O.F.F. Units. They will exist in the pacific ocean. They will be able to grow food for everyone on a sliding scale payment system in floating hydroponic greenhouses. They will produce crude oil products along with taking CO2 out of the atmosphere. They can curb La-nino and El-nino's by making small changes in a distributed way.
