Quatrro is a new company, but gets a lot of press in India (and has been refered to in WSJ and Washington Post as well) primarily because of the track record of the management team and the funding raised ($100MM+) from Olympus Capital and the acquisitions it has made.

I plan to expand this article in the next few days.
