This is a WP:SUBSTUB, yes, but it's not lacking content - it is specificed (administrative use). Expand it - it is surely notable, with articles on several other non-English wikis, don't delete.-- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk  13:32, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

Ok, I removed the speedy and added the article to my watch list. Please bring the article up to at least "good stub" criteria. ---J.S (T/C) 18:50, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Country?

It's not really a country subdivision, but an urban (city) one.-- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk  19:00, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dzielnica in Warszawa and Kraków

In some cities: Warszawa or Kraków "dzielnica" is subcommune level of local govenment, with its own council, but dzielnica has much more limited authories, then commune. We say it is supporting local government. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 213.238.106.139 (talk) 22:39, 24 April 2007 (UTC).
