Quarten is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Sarganserland, in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
The municipality consists the settlements Oberterzen, Unterterzen, Quarten, Quinten, Mols SG, Murg SG, Tannenbodenalp and Flums-Grossberg.
