[edit] Fair use rationale for the inclusion of this image at Rudolph Cartier

  • An important aspect of Cartier's notability as an important television director, as explained by several cited quotes in his article, is his pioneering use of filmed location inserts in otherwise live, studio-based drama productions. This image illustrates a shot from one of his ambitious location sequences from Quatermass II.
  • The image is of a lower resolution than the original, as required by Wikipedia fair use guidelines.
  • The image is included for informational purposes only, and is not believed to detract from the original in any way.
