Hi,

 it seems that this picture's legend does not match its contents; the text in Persian on the picture says that the three tombs are of Beheshti, Rajai and Bahonar (who were killed in terror attacks in the 1980's) and not ethnic minority martyrs in the Iran-Iraq war, as the elgend says.
