Qaasim Asani Malik Seawright-Middleton (born January 13, 1995 in Brooklyn, New York)[1] is an actor and musician.

He is the guitar player for The Naked Brothers Band. He is the newest member to the band, and is in the TV series. Qaaism also is the replacement for Cole Hawkins/Joshua Kaye in the Naked Brothers Band. In the show, it is revealed that Qaasim is greatly influenced by Jimi Hendrix.
Qaasim was also featured in HBO's The Music in Me where he performed as a percussionist.[2] Originally a drummer, he recently began playing the guitar for The Naked Brothers Band. He's also a trained dancer in Hip Hop/Ballet/Modern/Jazz and his favorite dance is African Dance. He recently started tap dancing.

He is the son of Keith Middleton "Wild Child" of the cast of Stomp (rap group hydra/actor) and actress/singer-songwriter Toni Seawright, the first African American Miss Mississippi (and 4th runner-up in Miss America) and has guest starred on The Naked Brothers Band (TV series), Everybody's Cried at Least Once. His younger brother is Khalil Middleton who can also be seen on Noggin's "Jack's Big Music Show" and has appeared on two Naked Brothers Band episodes: Uncle Miles and Everybody's Cried at Least Once.
