Purpleranger decided on this name for his online avatar as he believes that there is a child in everyone. He decided to reflect this through the obvious reference to the Power Rangers in his name. As for purple, he is fascinated with its rich history, being a symbol of royalty in Roman times and Medieval Europe to its association with the homosexual movement today.
